Our Studio will cater for all types of classes, see below. Please see

Body Balance: A Pilates, Yoga, T'ai Chi combination. Work on your core stability and stretching in this class and finish off with a moments meditation.
Body Combat: An uptempo cardiovascular workout, all to martial arts based moves, Karate, Muay Thai, Kung Fu, Kick Boxing, Tae Kwan Do and T'ai Chi are all covered in this lesson. Great fun, tremendous results!
Body Pump: The worlds fastest way to get in shape, every muscle group in the body is worked, all to up to date music tracks. These classes are fun and sociable you'll love them and keep coming back for more.
Circuits: A combination of cardiovascular and strength exercises, including upper body, lower body and core.
Boxercise: Combines boxing and exercise in a great fun, stress busting activity to suit everyone. Boxercise is one of the most effective forms of cross training today combining both the aerobic and anaerobic energy systems. |
