Whether it’s a training programme or nutritional advice, you have a sports injury, nagging ache or pain or just need a relaxing massage. At the GYM uk we will cater for your every need.

 All our instructors are highly qualified personal trainers as well as class instructors, we have a level 4 sports masseur on site, an osteopath,  nutritional advisors, we really do have it all.
